"Creative With You" Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator", "Creative With You" or the "Company") is a personal data administrator and carries out its activities in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation) of natural persons and their processing. This policy aims to inform users about the collection, processing and storage of their personal data, as well as the rights they have in this regard.

Grounds for processing. Purposes and principles. Types of personal data.
Art. 1. The Administrator collects, processes and stores your personal data in connection with the use of the website and online store www.bulgarshtina.bg, based on Art. 6, para. 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation and in particular on the basis of:
Explicit consent received from you as a user (client).
The Company's obligation to perform a contract concluded with You.
Compliance with a legal obligation.
For the purposes of the Administrator's legitimate interests.
Art. 2. (1) The Administrator collects, processes and stores your personal data for the purpose of:
Providing access to the online store with content personalized and limited to the criteria set by you.
Providing full functionality for using the online store by creating a profile for placing an order - concluding a contract, as well as personalizing the party under this contract.
Accounting purposes.
Security protection.
Execution of the contract for the performance of the relevant service.

Art. 3. In order to provide you with effective access to the online store, the Administrator collects, processes and stores the following personal data:
Username, e-mail address and password when registering, to facilitate the use of the services of the website www.bulgarshtina.bg.
Names, addresses, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers when purchasing products for registered and unregistered users from www.bulgarshtina.bg.
Name, e-mail address and telephone number when making a request for a specific product.
Information about the device from which you visit the website, as well as demographic information when you enter the Administrator's web platform.
Cookies for personalizing your browser – statistics cookies, as well as functional cookies.
Name, e-mail address, telephone number (at the User's choice), when filling out the contact form on the "Cards against Bulgarian Nationality" website at www.bulgarshtina.bg and sending a message to the Administrator or when making an inquiry about a given product.
Art. 4. The following operations, for the following purposes, are carried out by the Administrator with the above-mentioned personal data provided by you:
Registration of the customer in the online store and the execution of a distance purchase contract, the purpose of which is to facilitate the use of the web store of "Creator With You" Ltd. at www.bulgarshtina.bg, by configuring the address indicated by the customer of the Company each time. This makes shopping in the e-store easier and more accessible. Creating a profile for using the online store is not a mandatory step for ordering a product and making a delivery by "Creator With You" Ltd. For the execution of the distance purchase contract without registration on the web platform, the customer provides his name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and agrees to the general terms and conditions and the security policy of the site. These personal data are collected and processed by the Administrator on a contractual basis - Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Art. 6, para. 1, b).
When a product you have selected is not available or a specific size is out of stock, you have the opportunity to make an inquiry by filling in your name, e-mail address and telephone number. The data is collected for the purpose of contacting you to provide the services that the Company offers. These data are collected and processed by the Administrator on a pre-contractual basis, to take steps at the request of the data subject to conclude a purchase and sale contract - Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Art. 6, para. 1, b).
The online platform allows you to contact and send a message to the Company by filling in the contact form, which requires names, e-mail address and telephone number, located on the website of "Creative With You" Ltd. These data are collected and processed by the Administrator on the basis of its legitimate interest in responding to inquiries received from users - Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Art. 6, para. 1, f).
The Company collects data through the cookies it uses. Statistics cookies are used to help the Company keep statistics on how you, the users, use the site. Functional cookies are used for the purpose of proper functioning of the site and its optimal use, by providing you with easier access to the services that the web platform provides.

The Company does not collect and does not process so-called "sensitive personal data", including data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership in trade unions, genetic and biometric data, data on health or data on the sex life or sexual orientation of users.
The personal data collected through the online store by the Administrator are collected from the persons to whom they relate.
The Administrator does not carry out automated decision-making with the personal data provided to him.
The Administrator does not collect and does not process personal data of persons under 18 years of age, unless there is the express consent of the person's parent or guardian.

Storage period of your personal data
Art. 9.
The Company will store your personal data as long as your account in the online store at www.bulgarshtina.bg exists. After its deletion, the Administrator shall take the necessary measures to delete this data, without undue delay and if the law permits this.
The data provided in connection with the online orders made are stored by the Administrator for a period of 5 years for the purposes of protecting the legal interests of "Creative With You" Ltd., legal or administrative disputes with the users of the online store. When your personal data is contained in accounting documents on paper or technical media, which may be requested by "Creative With You" Ltd. on a legal basis for the needs of tax control, the period for storing such personal data will be 10 years.
In the event that the period for storing the data must be extended in order to fulfill a regulatory obligation or in order to fulfill the legitimate interests of the Company, the Company is obliged to notify you of the specific extension of the period and the grounds for it.
The data provided when filling out the contact form of the online store or when sending a request to "Creative With You" Ltd. via www.bulgarshtina.bg are stored for a period of 2 months for security purposes and to facilitate subsequent communication with the user, unless there is a reason to apply a longer period.
Transferring your personal data to third-party service providers
Art. 10. The Administrator uses service providers who perform certain activities on our behalf. These service providers may be located in countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area, as well as in the USA or other countries around the world and offer services such as payment processing, customer support, order fulfillment, delivery of goods, IT services, email service providers, data hosting, etc. Our service providers are obliged by virtue of our legal relationships and legal regulations to protect the personal data received from us and are not entitled to use them for purposes other than to perform the services.
Your rights in the collection, processing and storage of your personal data
Art. 11. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data: If you do not want part or all of your personal data to continue to be processed by the Administrator for specific or all processing purposes, you have the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time by filling out a consent withdrawal form or by making a free text request.
Art. 12. Right to access and correct data. Right to object.
You have the right to request and receive access to your data relating to you and to information relating to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data by the Administrator.
You have the right to correct inaccurate or complete incomplete personal data relating to you directly through your profile in the online store at www.bulgarshtina.bg or by making a request to the Administrator.
If the Administrator processes your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing at any time.
Art. 13. Right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"). Right to restriction of processing.
Where one of the grounds set out below applies, you have the right to request the Administrator to erase part or all of your personal data, and the Administrator is obliged to do so without undue oblivion. Grounds:

Art. 14. Right to data portability: Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to the Administrator, in a structured, machine-readable format.

Submitted requests regarding personal data will be responded to within one month, and in the event of a need to extend the specified period, you will be informed of the extension, as well as the reasons for the delay. We may refuse to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or threaten the privacy of other users.
Art. 16. "Creative With You" Ltd. is not responsible for the content and safety of sites to which links published on our site refer. Clicking on such links and using sites to which they refer is done by users of this site (www.bulgarshtina.bg) entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
Art. 17. Right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
If you believe that your rights in relation to your personal data have been violated, you may contact "Creative With You" Ltd. so that the Administrator can terminate the violation or seek clarification of the alleged violation.
