Refund policy

 

(1) The User has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to return the purchased goods from the Online Store at the Internet address www.bulgarshtina.bg within 14 calendar days (non-working days) from the date of receipt of the goods, with the shipping costs being the responsibility of the Buyer (User).

(2) In the event that the users exercise their right of withdrawal under paragraph 1, the Supplier is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the user in full no later than 14 calendar days (non-working days) from the date on which the user exercised their right to withdraw from the contract. The amount paid by the consumer under the contract covers the costs of returning the goods, unless the consumer has returned the goods at his own expense and has notified the Supplier thereof.
